Our success depends on you!

Our success depends on you! The manor requires an exorbitant amount of work and upkeep. Our restoration efforts depend on local people donating time and money. We are forever grateful to our community for the help that we've received.

Attic Restoration

So... the attic! When we bought the manor in January of 2024 we knew it was going to need some work. Upon further inspection  into some hidden spaces it revealed that we had way more to do than we could have bargained for. We're in the process of cleaning out the insulation and drywall that was installed in the 1990's. Raccoons, birds and other critters did a fantastic job of ruining the third floor apartment and rendering it unusable.

Electric

Part of our goal is to upgrade and update our electric panels. The property as a whole has about a dozen breaker panels located in various areas. They are all modern but we've had to disconnect many things we felt were unsafe. This is a long term but necessary project.

Before and after. Not done yet but made progress.

The Carriage House

One incredible building on the property is the old granary. It's also been referred to as " The Carriage House." This is a beautiful example of 19th century timber framing. One of the future projects will be replacing two rotted corner posts. This will require the siding to be taken off the corners and the old beams to be replaced.

Before.

The Greenhouses.

The greenhouses were so overgrown we could barely walk through them. We spent months cleaning out brush and trash. Now that they are somewhat cleaned out we are looking at the possibility of recovering at least one. We have a ways to go though!
